CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be in writing to NRB Summer Innovation Exchange, 9510 Technology Drive, Manassas, VA 20110. FAX: 703.330.7100. There is a $75 administrative fee for any refund requests. All requests must be postmarked by June 30, 2008.

MEMBERSHIP

For The Summer Innovation Exchange you must be an approved NRB member prior to submitting registration. For more information contact the Membership at 703.330.7000 or e-mail membership@nrb.org.

TRANSFER REGISTRATIONS

Notification of transfer of a registration must be in writing to NRB Summer Innovation Exchange, 9510 Technology Drive, Manassas, VA 20110 on your company letterhead. For this event, registrations may only be transferred to other NRB members.

BADGES

Registration badge packets will be available on site.

LODGING/MEALS

Lodging is included with registration as well as dinner on Thursday, August 14 and breakfast on Friday, August 15. Lunches during the event are on your own. Several restaurants are available on site.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Super Shuttle transportation is available to/from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport for $12 each way and to/from Dallas Love Field (DAL) for $18 each way. Once you arrive, contact Super Shuttle from the ground transportation courtesy phones at the baggage area.
