Gordon is Chairman of Capstone, an informal alliance of Christian media organizations pursuing areas, identified as “shared concerns,” where a collaborative approach might lead to advancements. The group’s initial focus has been on Information Systems and how software applications can be best utilized by building a strategy-based framework for aligning people, processes and technology.  Marcy has 24 years of management experience in Christian broadcasting including 20 years with Salem Communications where he served as General Manager of ten stations in five markets.

As a key member of Ambassador Advertising Agency’s corporate leadership team, Jim Sanders, Executive Vice President, helps guide the direction of the organization and its vision as well as the creative and technical aspects of the agency’s interaction with its ministry base. Jim’s management responsibilities include all facets of Ambassador’s technical operations including satellite hardware and transmission system, computer networks, studio facilities and telecommunications.
 

Frank Smith

Frank Smith is the President and co-founder of DonorDirect. He brings extensive system design experience, having helped more than 300 ministries with their donor management and technology needs. It is because of his years of experience and his singular focus on ministries that Frank has grown into a leading expert on ministries and the processes that drive them. Frank serves as the chief architect of the DirectToDonor donor management system and liaison between DonorDirect and the executive staff at Oracle.

Larry Nobles is Vice President of Media with Cordova Media, the in-house media agency of Love Worth Finding Ministries, the Radio and TV Ministry of Dr. Adrian Rogers. Prior to joining LWF in 1996, Nobles has served as a pastor, missionary, church planter, television morning on-air program host, talk show host and producer, nightly weather anchor, weekday weather anchor, weekend weather anchor, radio announcer, program director, music director, news reporter, and traveling musician.

In 1997, Richard Ellis planted Reunion Church, a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic church in the heart of Dallas, Texas.  He served for three years as Minister to Single Adults at the First Baptist Church of Dallas.  For the past eight years, he has been the featured speaker for Lunch Talk, a weekly business luncheon, at the First Baptist Church of Dallas.  He graduated from Baylor University in 1982, with a BA in Oral Communications and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1985 with an MDIV.  He also did some of his masters work at Dallas Theological Seminary.  Richard grew up as a missionary kid in Brazil.  He is the sixth generation of pastors in his family.  Richard and his wife, Rebecca, have three young daughters.
