This year is no different than past election years. We hear the word "change" a lot, but in the end why do things stay the same?

In our ministries we talk a lot about the need to change. Why? Because we are not hitting our goals, our numbers, our board objectives. But why?

We go to workshops and seminars, and we want to change our results and outcomes, but the notes go on the shelf and in the end nothing changes! We really want to do our part in fulfilling the Great Commission. So why in the end does so little change?

At the heart of the issue, as leaders, it is really up to us to change. But what in us has to change?
